Phnom Penh, 24 April 2025 - Philippine Ambassador Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo welcomed a delegation from Pampanga State University (formerly Don Honorario Ventura State University) in a courtesy call at the Philippine Embassy on 22 April 2025 

The courtesy call took place on the heels of the signing of a partnership agreement by said Philippine state university with the Human Resource University in Phnom Penh, focusing on language and academic exchange programs.

Ambassador Mayo discussed possible areas where the Pampanga State University could meaningfully contribute its strengths, including in online education courses for the professional development of Filipino teachers in Cambodia, as well as in Philippine culture and tourism promotion initiatives of the Embassy.
