From 8 AM to 2 PM:
- Embassy ID issuance and renewal
- Passport renewal
- Civil registration, (e.g., Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Submission of Requests for Marriage License)
- Notarial services, (e.g., Acknowledgement of Employment Contract, Affidavit of Invitation and Support, Special Power of Attorney)
From 8 AM to 6 PM:
- Pre-Enrollment and Overseas Voting for the 2025 National Elections

No appointment is needed to claim passports.
To facilitate the delivery of services, applicants are advised to visit www.phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph for the list of requirements and corresponding fees for each consular transaction. Clients are kindly requested to present duly accomplished forms and photocopies needed for each consular service.
Clients are further advised to arrive not earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
