MOBILE CITIZEN SERVICES AND FIELD VOTING FOR THE FILIPINO COMMUNITY IN BATTAMBANG AND NEIGHBOURING PROVINCES ON 26-27 APRIL 2025
A mobile citizen services mission and field voting for the 2025 National Elections will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Cambodia in Battambang and neighboring provinces as follows:

The following services will be available:
- Passport application and renewal
- Notarial services (Acknowledgment of employment contracts, affidavits of invitation and support, Special Power of Attorney)
- Civil registration (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Marriage License Application)
- Citizenship Services (Reacquisition/Retention of PH Citizenship)
- Embassy ID issuance and renewal
- Pre-enrollment and field voting for the 2025 National Elections
- Claiming of passports
- Assistance-to-Nationals Services
SETTING AN APPOINTMENT
Applicants are advised to secure an online appointment using the following platforms:
- New application/renewal/ lost or damaged passports

Walk-in applicants may be accommodated after those with appointments have been served.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPLICATION
Please check www.phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph for the list of requirements and fees for each transaction.
Clients are expected to bring the accomplished forms and required photocopies per application for faster service. There is no photocopying machine available onsite.
To avoid space congestion, please come to the venue not earlier than ten (10) minutes before your appointment. Unless the applicant is a minor, Person with Disability (PWD), senior citizen, or pregnant woman, no escorts will be allowed at the service site.
