The Cinema Sentro Festival, originally scheduled to be held on 16 June 2018, will be postponed to 23 June 2018, Saturday.
The screening on 23 June will feature the movie “Kanana Kanu”, which tells the adventures of John Patrick, a half-American, half-Kalinga, who has gone back to his mother’s village for a vacation. His time spent with the locals and village experience enables him to embrace the Kalinga culture and appreciate his roots. The movie is in Filipino, with English sub-titles.
The movie showing will be held at the 6:30 pm, at the Philippine Embassy, after the Celebration of Learning of the Massive Open Online Course Teachers Camp. Admission to the movie is free.
